1️⃣ How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite products to the cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment gateways (PhonePe or Cashfree PG).

2️⃣ Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track your orders, save your address for the next time, and access exclusive offers.

3️⃣ Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. 


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

4️⃣ What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 7 business days across India, depending on your location and product's availability.

5️⃣ How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped 📦

6️⃣ Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for Prepaid orders or a very minimal shipping charge on Cash On Delivery. The exact charge (if any) will appear at checkout page before payment.

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking via PhonePe and Cashfree Payment Gateways.

8️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We provide a Partial COD option — you can pay a small commitment charge online and the remaining amount upon delivery. 


🔁 Returns, Replacement & Refunds

9️⃣ What is your return or replacement policy?
We offer a 7-Day Replacement-First Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it.
Refunds are issued only for genuine defects or when a replacement isn’t possible.

🔟 Is an unboxing video necessary for claims?
It’s optional but highly recommended 🎥
Sharing an unboxing video showing the product’s physical and functional condition helps us resolve your issue faster and fairly.

Simply contact us at care@geniusgadgets.in within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your request and arrange pickup if eligible.

1️⃣2️⃣ How long does the replacement or refund take?
Once approved, replacements are shipped within 3–5 working days.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after Pickup.
